Our Fitzroy trattoria has been reimagined as a Sicilian and Southern Italian cantina, with chef Matteo Tine at the helm, joining forces with original owners Luke Drum, James Tait, and Carlo Grossi.

Drawing on his deep Sicilian heritage and extensive culinary experience, including time as head chef at Melbourne’s Grossi Florentino, Bar Carolina, Orlo, and Pixie in Byron Bay  Tine brings a menu and energy that capture the true essence of Southern Italy.
